Influenza illnesses are still elevated but in a declining trend.  We are still seeing a good number of flu cases, both Type A and some Type B.

Our latest expansion is complete.  We have 23 examination rooms, a new waiting room, and a markedly improved new entrance.

February 18th, 2017

Influenza activity has increased significantly this week nationwide and also in El Paso.  We are seeing many cases of both Type A and Type B influenza.  The CDC recently commented this year's vaccine was 48% effective.  That means it prevents about half the cases we would have if there were no vaccine.  The best protection remains prevention and the best prevention is an annual flu vaccine.

February 18th, 2017

Influenza activity now elevated in all regions. We are seeing sporadic cases of both Type A and B Influenza in El Paso.  If you have not received your annual flu vaccine, there is still time.  February will most likely be the peak month in El Paso.

January 25th, 2017

CDC reports slight increase in flu activity in southern states.  Still low in most of the country.  January/February are the traditional high flu months and this season seems likely to follow that trend.

December 17th, 2016

Flu activity still low according to most recent data by the CDC.  Cases starting to show up in the South from Georgia to Texas.  Still time to get your 2016-17 vaccine.

November 3rd, 2016

It's that time!  Get your annual flu vaccine now.  The CDC recommends everyone over 6 months of age receive an annual flu vaccine.  We have this year's vaccine in stock.  Don't wait.  Get it now.

We are finishing our third and final phase of expansion this month.  We have moved our entrance back to our north side while we add a covered area for our new waiting room.  The project is underway and should wrap up around the middle of October.  Yes, we are OPEN and waiting for you.  Thank you El Paso.
